Features
EKAN® OIL 100 has been developed as a release agent for precast concrete production, formulated with ecological aliphatic and natural esters together with other performance-enhancing additives. It facilitates easy separation of concrete from formwork and prevents unwanted air bubble formation in the concrete structure.
Before applying EKAN® OIL 100, the formwork surface should be properly cleaned and the final application area should be dry. All wood or steel particles, residues, or dust must be removed from the surface.

Application
Dosage: 1 L per 25–50 m² of formwork surface (typical indication provided in data sheet). EKAN® OIL 70-A should be applied to clean, dry formwork in **a single thin, uniform layer**; apply by uniform spraying or with a brush/smooth roller, avoiding excess that may leave streaks. Does not cause clogging in spraying equipment.

Precautions
