Features
EKAN® MIX PAV 102 is a new-generation polycarboxylate ether-based superplasticizer, specially formulated for concrete flooring applications, particularly suitable for summer use. The mechanism of action of EKAN® MIX PAV 102 is based on a combination of effects: the powerful electrostatic and steric dispersing effect derived from the innovative chemistry of polycarboxylate ethers, and the acceleration of the hydration reaction, which reduces setting times.
EKAN® MIX PAV 102 must not be mixed or used together with naphthalene-based products.

Application
Dosage: 0.8 kg – 1.5 kg per 100 kg of cement.
EKAN® MIX PAV 102 is completely soluble in water. For best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water.
The optimal dosage of EKAN® MIX PAV 102 should be established after on-site trials to achieve the desired compressive strength and workability.

Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® MIX PAV 102 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
