Features
EKAN® MIX 700 is a new-generation liquid superplasticizer additive based on polycarboxylic polymers, developed for the production of self-compacting concrete (SCC) for summer conditions.
Its formulation is designed to ensure high concrete workability even in the presence of high ambient temperatures, maintaining mix consistency over time and reducing the risk of slump loss.
Thanks to its high dispersing capacity, EKAN® MIX 700 enables the production of self-compacting concrete with high fluidity and rheological stability, ensuring effective reduction of mixing water and a low water/cement ratio.
The product allows the production of particularly stable SCC concrete resistant to segregation, even with reduced fine material content, facilitating mold filling and reinforcement encasement.
EKAN® MIX 700 also contributes to improving the surface quality of exposed concrete and ensuring high mechanical performance at all curing stages.

Application
Dosage: 0.4 kg – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of cement. For general concrete applications: 0.4% – 0.8%.
For high-fluidity or self-compacting concrete applications: 0.8% – 2.0%.
EKAN® MIX 700 is completely soluble in water. For best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water.

Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® MIX 700 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment and protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
