EKAN® MIX 630 is a new-generation superplasticizer admixture, formulated to ensure high water reduction and high workability.
It facilitates the production of highly fluid concrete, with controlled rheology that eases placement and finishing.
Ideal for pumped concrete or complex elements, it ensures stable consistency and excellent surface quality.
EKAN® MIX 630 is suitable for low temperatures. It reduces concrete setting times.
It must not be mixed or used together with naphthalene sulfonate-based admixtures.

Application
Dosage: 0.4 kg – 2.0 kg per 100 kg of cement. For general concrete applications: 0.4% – 0.8%.
For high-fluidity or self-compacting concrete applications: 0.8% – 2.0%.
EKAN® MIX 630 is completely soluble in water. For best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water.
The optimal dosage of EKAN® MIX 630 should be established after local testing of the desired mechanical properties of the cement and the workability of the mix.

Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® MIX 630 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment and protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
