Features
EKAN® MIX 1044 It is a new-generation, high-range water-reducing, polycarboxylate-based superplasticising admixture.
EKAN® MIX 1044 Facilitates the workability and placement of concrete while ensuring a good concrete surface. It contributes to improving the rheology of the concrete, aiding in maintaining consistency and homogeneity. It is suitable for use in conditions where high workability is desired.
EKAN® MIX 1044Significantly decreases the water/cement ratio, thereby increasing both the early and final compressive strength and the durability of precast concrete.
EKAN® MIX 1044 should not be mixed with naphthalene sulfonate based products.

Applicazione
Dosage: 0.5 kg – 2.2 kg per 100 kg of cement. EKAN® MIX 1044 is completely soluble in water. For best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be established after local tests on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mix. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® MIX 1044 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake/mix the product or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
