Features
EKAN® MIX 1003-R is a new generation superplasticizer additive based on water-reducing polycarboxylates.
EKAN® MIX 1003-R facilitates the workability and placement of concrete while ensuring a good concrete surface. It helps improve the rheology of concrete, helping to maintain consistency and homogeneity. It is suitable for use in all weather conditions where high workability is desired.
EKAN® MIX 1003-R enables the production of concrete with low water/cement ratios, resulting in increased water impermeability of the concrete.
EKAN® MIX 1003-R must not be mixed or used together with naphthalene-based products.

Application
Dosage: 0.5 kg – 2.2 kg per 100 kg of cement.
EKAN® MIX 1003-R is completely soluble in water. For best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be established after local tests on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mix. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® MIX 1003-A is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment and protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake/mix the product or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
