Features
EKAN® FORCE 100 is an innovative liquid additive designed for the production of high-performance, low-carbon concrete, which increases the mechanical strength of concrete and mortars by optimizing the hydration of cement phases.
EKAN® FORCE 100 is suitable for all types of concrete mixtures, regardless of the type of binder used.
EKAN® FORCE 100 increases medium and long-term strength and allows for the maintenance of the specified concrete strength class with a significant reduction in cement dosage. With a lower cement dosage, EKAN® FORCE 100 reduces the CO₂ emissions associated with concrete production, thereby reducing environmental impact.

Application
Dosage: 0.5 kg – 2 kg per 100 kg of cement. EKAN® FORCE 100 can be used automatically in concrete batching plants thanks to integrated dosing systems. To achieve the best performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be determined after local tests on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mixture. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® FORCE 100 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, stir the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
