Features
EKAN® FLEX 200 is a highly effective water-reducing superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonate.
Thanks to its special formula, EKAN® FLEX 200 improves workability and facilitates concrete placement. High-performance water-reducing agent designed to enhance both early and final strength development. Significantly improves concrete mix cohesion, minimizing the risk of segregation.
EKAN® FLEX 200 contributes to concrete impermeability by reducing the water/cement ratio.
It is recommended not to mix or use EKAN® FLEX 200 with polycarboxylate-based products

Application
Dosage: 0.6 kg – 3.0 kg per 100 kg of cement. Higher dosages may be applied depending on the mix design, raw materials, climatic conditions, and specific concrete performance requirements. EKAN® FLEX 200 is completely soluble in water. For optimal performance, it is recommended to add the product to the second half of the mixing water. The optimal dosage should be established after local testing on the desired mechanical properties of the concrete and the workability of the mix. Precautions
The shelf life of EKAN® FLEX 200 is 12 months when stored in its original packaging in a dry environment and protected from direct sunlight.
After a long period of inactivity, shake, stir the product, or use a circulation pump to homogenize it before use.
After a freeze/thaw cycle, mix the product before use.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
